ilkae - pistachio island review from cdbaby.com

45 tracks of glitchy bliss clocking in right around 64 minutes. These tasty morsels (so many tracks are named after food!) break, pop, fizz, traipse, and flit through a landscape of sweets, fruits, nuts and espresso drinks. A 16 year old from Canada and a 19 year old from Poland put the pieces together, and they must have had Boards of Canada, Plaid, and Aphex twin on the brain when they did. At only about a minute or two for each track, there may be no time to get comfortable, but that's kind of the beauty of it; each part is short and sweet and the record flows as seamlessly playing from track 1 to 45 as it does on shuffle. All that and it has about the best cover I've ever seen on a CD. Party. Bonus.
